Back in the old days when many of us were students / early in our career, AOL Instant Messenger (and before that, ICQ/Trillian) was a popular way to boost social interaction for league members.
Just wanted to run a quick poll to see whether the introduction of a new social tool would have any appeal to you guys... discord, slack, tapatalk forum plugin, etc. The big thing obviously would be if there is critical mass for adoption as well as ease of admin work.
I don’t have the tools already but it sounds cool. I’m good with out it too . Less work for you is best
Slack and Discord are both easy to use.
I have discord and it’s great. I do miss using aol IM and iCQ. Made a ton of trades on those when I was in 4lbl and Moot.
Never used slack and only used discord like once or twice. I probably don’t realize their full potential but I’m open to going any direction the league goes.

Same man those were the good ole days. My aim tag was sjsharke lol
I had used facebook groups for my football league for quite some time. I found that it limited my ability to get some owners to interact. When I was introduced to discord, I was pleasantly surprised to how it brought us all together. It also sped up our rookie draft process by a great deal. The APP on the phone is really solid. I think it would be great for Weaver socializing.
My gaming groups all use discord all the time.
