With 40-man rosters now allowed, you may want to consider starting the clocks on some of these players. If they happen to be 26+ and have EXP=0 in January, they will be eligible for the FA draft under "Rule 5". List below is for Age=25+ and EXP=0 (some may have their birthday in the offseason)

Holy moly.  I better bench everyone now and hope I end up with a healthy starter or two.  For all the effort I put into collecting 4 veteran all timers this year, I’m now down to 2.   I can see why I’ve never tried that strategy before.

Congrats to Tony on a dominating season.  I was hoping we could put a little more pressure on you going into the final sim, but alas.  Manrique's perfecto is too little too late.  We do have something to shoot for though.  If the Zealots can go 5-1 in the final sim and post a better record than the Sharks and Lobsters, we'll break the Godfathers' record from last season for most wins by a second place team.

Ouch...CAI SP Jacob deGrom out for over 6 months with bone chips...does that affect Cairo's playoff chances next year? With the G-Fathers and Zealots possibly facing some critical changes, as well as the injury to ENT ace Matthei, they're definitely in the conversation. But still...yikes. Hopefully he'll be back in June or July next year.

RIO SP Mike Whelan has really taken a step forward and looks to be our Opening Day starter next year. He was almost 2-0 the past week, but reliever Herrmann blew the save. Also great bounce-back performance for fellow starter Trent Russell in his start on September 22 with eight scoreless innings against Jamaica. Kelleher had a tough-luck loss against Vancouver...wonder if he's a better relief option? He's played better in that role.

The fact that our team really put up a fight the past week is a credit to their resiliency. I put some of the younger guys in as starters, which has clarified potential roles in the future. Though the top prospects aren't ready yet, players like Whelan, Kelleher, Russell and even Roger Hatfield (4 SBs against Jamaica on 9/21!) will definitely be a factor once we're ready to contend.

Not really, my team seems to suck and is nowhere near a playoff run next year.

Also, he will probably be back either during the offseason or no later than May.

Volcanos locked up a ping pong ball as well as ensured their 13th straight season at or above .500  This was somewhat of a rebuild year send some older vets on to other squads with the hope of infusing some younger talent to keep this roll going.  Rough season with our leading hitter will be well below the 300 mark and no one will score 100 R or RBIs

some interesting pitching prospects for next years rotation to consider but I think our achilies heel will be hitting

Good Luck to the playoff teams this year......ready for the reset button

LB vs CALA

I would put my money on Amity vs Calabria for the Cup, but those Sharks injuries...ouch
